Time Cinema is available to book events for Birthdays, corporate, Film Premiere, Pre-Screening & Other Previews, Family Gatherings, Small Weddings, Venue for Wedding Photos, Neighbour Get-togethers, Fund Raiser, Club Outings, Meetings and Conferences Etc.

Payment: a deposit of $100 is required at time of booking. We do request final payment during or on completion of the booked event. Please note that we are unable to accept Eftpos or credit card payments, cash or cheque on the day is fine. If a different payment method is required, please contact us as a direct credit or advanced invoicing can be arranged upon request. All prices quoted include GST.
Cancellations: If Time Cinema have to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control, ie resulting from an act of God, Governmental regulation, Fire or a major event ie Earthquake, Tsunami etc.. Our liability in the event of a cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of an event. Please also note that all deposits are non-refundable. If Time Cinema is supplying the catering, please advise of a cancellation at least 7 days prior to the booked event otherwise you may be liable for catering charges. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior and sent to cass@timecinema.com.
Primary school age birthday parties: $300 (including use of our kitchen facilities for basic BYO catering) during the week and at the weekend. These usually have a three to three & a half hour duration and are held between 10am and 5pm.
Time Cine Club screenings: We operate a Cine Club which has run for nearly 40 years. We screen four movies a month which are the first and third Wednesday and Saturday of the month from 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm) please note that this changes to a matinee screening on Saturdays in the winter time. Matinee doors open 1.30pm for a 2pm screening. There is an annual membership admin fee of $20 per annum (which includes either email or postage of the monthly movie programme). All tickets are $10 per person (includes: light refreshments at interval). Please note that seats need to be pre-booked otherwise we cannot guarantee you a seat.

Catering Options
Morning, lunch and afternoon teas, are from approximately $4 to $10 p.p. Light lunch or Tea (Finger Food) $17, with a more comprehensive meal priced from $25.
In regard to the activities of Time Cinema, it should be noted that all charges made are not for admission to the cinema specifically, but rather to recover costs for refreshments, maintenance, improvements and overheads generally.
